Upper Cape Window Replacement: Bourne, Falmouth, Woods Hole, Sandwich, and Mashpee

Bourne Window Replacement: The old Bourne, MA Cape Cod home was completely renovated. Mike installed all brand new replacement Pella Windows and Doors throughout the entire house. The old picture windows upstairs and downstairs were replaced with these gorgeous Pella Bow Windows providing a broader view of the neighborhood. All of the replacement windows throughout this home are Pella Energy Star rated, double pane, replacement windows. They offer energy savings and protection from UV rays. This house should be good for another 100 years!

Sandwich Window Replacement: Mike replaced this old fashioned picture window in a home in Sandwich, MA with this new modern looking energy saving Andersen Picture Window. These energy saving windows will be easier to clean, in addition to saving energy, and will protect the interior from damaging UV Rays. Andersen Windows are ENERGY STAR certified.

East Sandwich Window Replacement: This East Sandwich, MA home had some old inefficient double hung windows the owner was tired of looking through and asked Mike to install new replacement windows. There was a great view hiding behind those old windows. Mike Hunter replaced those old view restricting, energy leaking windows with this fabulous, Pella ENERGY STAR certified replacement picture window. Now the homeowner can sit there and look out over their pretty as a picture yard, with the marsh and Cape Cod Bay in the distance. Isn't that almost better than watching TV?

Barnstable Window Replacement: This home in the Mid Cape Cod village of Barnstable had a large picture window consisting of 45 individual panes of glass in wood framing. Talk about high maintenance! Mike removed the old window in sections by cutting through the wooden frames. See a removed section in photo 2nd from left. Mike used ENERGY STAR certified, double hung, Andersen replacement windows for this project. The finished project is shown on the far right. What an improvement!

Harwich Port Window Replacement: Mike Hunter replaced these old, dilapidated, energy losing windows and the door of this home shown as it was on the left. The new windows are beautiful EAGLE Double hung window sets and a Therma-tru door. Not only does this beautiful Harwich Port home look great, but these energy saving double pane windows are ENERGY STAR certified and will save this home owner lots heat and AC costs year around. H

Chatham Window Replacement: This Chatham home on Cape Cod shows off its brand new energy saving double pane Marvin Bay Window system with double hung windows on each side. This Marvin design offers best of both worlds for view and functionality. You can see the same Energy Star certified replacement bay window Mike installed on the opposite side of the house. Eastham Window Replacement: Mike literally replaced the entire wall of this Eastham, MA home with energy saving glass. The whole wall is now energy saving Andersen Trapezoid Windows and Doors. "Just another job", Mike says. Mike needed to prop up the roof while he literally replaced the entire wall with modern Energy Star certified replacement windows and doors. Notice the care Mike took to protect the inside of the house. The owner gasped when he saw the whole end of his house held up with a stick! But, when he saw the finished job and the high quality of Mike's beautiful woodwork framing the door and windows he flashed a grin. Orleans Door Replacement: Sometimes you want a door when there never was one before. Mike replaced the window in the photo on the left with a brand new energy saving Anderson Replacement Door with double glass panes for this vintage 1790 cottage in Orleans, on Cape Cod.

Brewster Window Replacement: This old inefficient bay window in this Brewster home had to go. The owner decided he wanted this stylish energy saving, double pane, Andersen Box Bay Window instead. Mike made this Cape Cod home owner's wish come true. All it needs now is paint.

Outer Cape Window Replacement: Eastham, Wellfleet, Truro, and Provincetown

Truro Sliding Door Replacement: Mike replaced the old aluminum sliding doors with new 8 foot tall energy saving Pella Glass sliding doors. Now there have a better way to access their deck from this Truro home and they will save heating and cooling costs too.

Beyond Cape Cod Window Replacement:

Although Mike does most of his work on his native Cape Cod, and the Islands of Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard, he does get around too. This stately Rhode Island red brick home had these ancient iron framed windows of yesteryear as shown on the left. Mike replaced the iron frame windows throughout the entire house. All that iron conducts heat and cold wasting energy. Mike ripped out all of the old, terribly inefficient windows and replaced them with energy saving, Pella Architect Series Windows as seen in the photo on the right. I bet the energy bills took a nose dive after this energy saving ENERGY STAR upgrade!
